Judith R. Kuskin
Judith has worked as a mediator since 1996. She is an Accredited Professional Mediator (APM®) with the NJ Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). She completed intensive training and a supervised internship in Divorce Mediation with the Institute of Dispute Resolution of the Seton Hall Law School. Judith is qualified as a Mediator of Workplace Conflict by Mediation Training Institute International (MTI). She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the national association of mediators and conflict resolution professionals. She has served as a volunteer attorney for the ProBono Partnership and Board attorney to the Academy for the Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals.
Judith brings more than 20 years experience as an attorney and educator to her role as mediator. She holds a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Masters degree in Education from Boston College. Admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey and Florida, Judith caters her law practice to small businesses and non- profit corporations. In 2009, Judith received her Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. As a Licensed Social Worker, she provides counseling to individuals and couples in marital distress.
Judith has helped couples successfully resolve conflicts concerning all aspects of their separation and divorce, including equitable division of property , time with the children, fair distribution of assets, child support, alimony, division of health and child care expenses and post divorce concerns and issues.
On a personal note, she is the parent of two college age children, which provides her with ample opportunity to mediate disputes.
