My office is on the third floor of the three -story office building, located at 28 Beechwood Road, Summit, New Jersey, one block away from the NJ Transit Summit train station. The building has an elevator.
BY RAILROAD
Take the “MORRIS AND ESSEX” line of the NJ Transit to the SUMMIT STATION. Exit the waiting room unto UNION PLACE. Cross Union Place toward Starbucks (corner of UNION PLACE and BEECHWOOD ROAD). Proceed along BEECHWOOD RD toward Springfield Avenue. 28 Beechwood Road is located between Union Place and Springfield Ave. Take the elevator to the third (3rd) floor.
PARKWAY NORTH
Travel South on the GARDEN STATE PARKWAY; use Exit 142: (before
Union Toll Plaza) and proceed to I–78 WEST.
Merge onto NJ ROUTE 24 WEST to the SUMMIT AVENUE EXIT. Follow exit ramp to
traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and proceed along SUMMIT AVE.
toward downtown Summit. Turn right at the traffic light for SPRINGFIELD AVENUE.
Proceed on Springfield Ave to the first traffic light (BEECHWOOD ROAD). Turn
left on BEECHWOOD. Parking is available on the streets and parking lots surrounding

PARKWAY SOUTH
Travel South on the GARDEN STATE PARKWAY; use Exit 142: (before
Union Toll Plaza) and proceed to I–78 WEST.

traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and proceed along SUMMIT AVE.

NJ TURNPIKE NORTH
Use Exit 11 (Woodbridge) for Garden State Parkway North. Follow directions above for Parkway North
NJ TURNPIKE SOUTH
Use Exit 14 (Newark Airport); Follow signs for ROUTE 78/24
WEST.
Travel WEST on I- 78 for approximately 8 miles when the roadway divides.
Stay to the right and merge onto ROUTE 24 WEST to the SUMMIT AVENUE EXIT.
Follow exit ramp to traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and proceed
along SUMMIT AVE. toward downtown Summit. Turn right at the traffic light
for SPRINGFIELD AVENUE.
Proceed on Springfield Ave to the first traffic light (BEECHWOOD ROAD). Turn
left on BEECHWOOD. Parking is available on the streets and parking lots surrounding
the building as well as in parking deck at the corner of Summit Avenue and
Broad Street.

HOLLAND TUNNEL
Holland Tunnel becomes 14th Street [Boyle Plaza]. Travel West
on 14th Street and follow signs to US 1 & 9 SOUTH. Proceed on US 1 & 9
South for about 7 miles. Take the Exit for I – 78 toward Garden State
Parkway /Newark Airport.
Merge onto to 1-78 WEST LOCAL for about 8 miles when the roadway divides.
Stay to the right and merge onto ROUTE 24 WEST to the SUMMIT AVENUE EXIT.
Follow exit ramp to traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and proceed
along SUMMIT AVE. toward downtown Summit. Turn right at the traffic light
for SPRINGFIELD AVENUE.
Proceed on Springfield Ave to the first traffic light (BEECHWOOD ROAD). Turn
left on BEECHWOOD. Parking is available on the streets and parking lots surrounding
the building as well as in parking deck at the corner of Summit Avenue and
Broad Street.

LINCOLN TUNNEL
Exit Lincoln Tunnel and bear left onto ramp toward I-495 WEST
(NJ Turnpike/Trenton/Newark Airport). Merge onto NJ TURNPIKE SOUTH/1-95
via the exit on the left toward I-280/Newark/ I- 78.
Merge onto I-78 WEST toward US –1/Newark Airport.
Travel WEST on I- 78 for about 8 miles when the roadway divides. Stay to
the right and merge onto ROUTE 24 WEST to the SUMMIT AVENUE EXIT. Follow
exit ramp to traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and proceed along
SUMMIT AVE. toward downtown Summit. Turn right at the traffic light for SPRINGFIELD
AVENUE. Proceed on Springfield Ave to the first traffic light (BEECHWOOD
ROAD). Turn left on BEECHWOOD. Parking is available on the streets and parking
lots surrounding the building as well as in parking deck at the corner of
Summit Avenue and Broad Street.

ROUTE 78 EAST
Travel EAST on I-78. Use Exit 45. Turn left on GLENSIDE AVENUE.
Go past the stop sign and bear left to turn on to MORRIS AVENUE. Proceed
on Morris Avenue to SUMMIT AVE (1st traffic light). Turn right on SUMMIT
AVE. Proceed on Summit Ave to the second (2nd) traffic light (Springfield
Avenue). Turn left on SPRINGFIELD AVENUE. Proceed on Springfield Ave to 1st
traffic light (BEECHWOOD ROAD). Turn left on BEECHWOOD. Parking is available
on the streets and parking lots surrounding the building as well as in parking
deck at the corner of Summit Avenue and Broad Street.

ROUTE 78 WEST
Travel WEST on I –78. Use Exit 48(Rte 24/Rte 124 West)
[NOTE: Stay in the 2 right lanes to take Exit 48. The road forks off to the
right to become Route 24 West. The left fork puts you on I-78 (toward Clinton).]
Take the first exit (SPRINGFIELD – SUMMIT – MILLBURN) about
1 mile after the signs for Route 24/124. Bear right on the exit ramp that
will put you on BROAD STREET. Proceed through 3 traffic lights and one
blinking light. Turn right at 4th light on to SUMMIT AVE. Proceed on Summit
Ave to the second (2nd) traffic light. Turn left on to SPRINGFIELD AVENUE.
Proceed on Springfield Ave to 1st traffic light. Turn left on to BEECHWOOD
ROAD. Parking is available on the streets and parking lots surrounding
the building as well as in parking deck at the corner of Summit Avenue

ROUTE 287
Travel South on NJ ROUTE 287 to NJ RTE 24 EAST (Springfield)
Travel EAST on Route 24 to EXIT 7 (Summit /River Road). Exit right and travel
on River Road to 2nd traffic light (MORRIS AVENUE). Turn left on MORRIS
AVENUE. Proceed on Morris Avenue to the 6th traffic light (MAPLE STREET).
Turn left on MAPLE STREET. Proceed on Maple Street through the first traffic
light (Broad Street). Cross a small bridge over the NJ Transit railroad
tracks and make an immediate right turn on UNION PLACE. Stay on Union Place
for one block ( pass NJ Transit Station) to BEECHWOOD ROAD. Turn left on
BEECHWOOD. Parking is available on the streets surrounding the building
as well as in parking deck at the corner of Summit Avenue and Broad Street.

ROUTE 22 - WEST
Take Route 22 WEST to the SUMMIT exit (just past a Getty
Station on your right and a couple of miles after the commercial strip in
the center island ends). This puts you on SUMMIT ROAD, which becomes BALTUSROL
ROAD. Continue over the hill and make the first right turn after the bridge
over Route 78. This is ASHWOOD AVENUE. Follow Ashwood Avenue to the traffic
light at MORRIS AVENUE. Turn left on Morris Avenue and proceed up the hill
(pass Overlook Hospital) to the 1st traffic light. This is SUMMIT AVENUE.
Turn right on Summit Avenue. Proceed on Summit Ave to the second (2nd) traffic
light. This is SPRINGFIELD AVENUE. Turn left on Springfield Ave. Proceed
to
1st traffic light. This is BEECHWOOD ROAD. Turn left on Beechwood Road. Parking
is available on the streets and parking lots surrounding the building as
well as in parking deck at the corner of Summit Avenue and Broad Street.

ROUTE 22- EAST
Take Route 22 EAST (pass the Blue Star Shopping Center) to the SCOTCH PLAINS exit. Follow signs to I-78. Bear right and proceed over the overpass over Route 22 and straight through the traffic light. This puts you on DIAMOND HILL ROAD. Proceed on Diamond Hill Road under the overpass for I-78 to the third traffic light. This is MOUNTAIN AVENUE. Turn right on Mountain Avenue and continue about 3 miles (Mountain Avenue changes name to ASHLAND ROAD). Proceed to first blinking light. This is MAPLE STREET. Turn left on MAPLE STREET. Proceed on Maple Street through 2 traffic lights (pass Summit Post Office) . Cross a small bridge over the NJ Transit railroad tracks and make an immediate right turn on UNION PLACE. Stay on Union Place for one block ( pass NJ Transit Station) to BEECHWOOD ROAD. Turn left on BEECHWOOD.
